How do I connect the robot to the Smart Life app?
Install and sign in to Smart Life, enable Bluetooth on the phone, power on the robot and put it into Wi-Fi pairing mode. In Smart Life, add the discovered robot and enter the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi name and password. Keep the phone close to the robot during setup.
Why won’t the robot connect to Wi-Fi?
Use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, enable Bluetooth, confirm the Wi-Fi password, and move the robot/phone closer to the router. Reset the robot’s Wi-Fi pairing mode and try again. If the connection is unstable, restart the router and update the Smart Life app.
Where should I place the charging dock?
Place the dock against a wall on a flat, dry floor with a clear approach path. The MONSGA manuals show about 0.6 m / 2 ft of free space on each side and about 1.5 m / 5 ft in front; keep it away from stairs and heavy clutter.
What should I do before the first cleaning run?
Pick up loose cables, small objects, liquids, fragile items and anything that can tangle the brushes. Keep the robot away from unguarded drops, and place the dock on a stable, open area before the first run.
What should I do if a brush or wheel is jammed or unusually noisy?
Turn the robot off. Remove hair, threads and debris from the main brush, side brush, front caster and drive wheels; make sure each part can rotate freely and is reinstalled correctly before restarting.
Why isn’t the robot charging?
Confirm that the dock is powered and the robot is seated correctly. Clean the charging contacts on both the robot and dock, then reposition the robot until charging is indicated. If charging still does not start, test the outlet and inspect the adapter/cable for damage.
Why does the robot stop near dark floors or report a drop/cliff problem?
Dirty cliff sensors or very dark surfaces can be interpreted as a drop. Move the robot to a level area, wipe the cliff sensors with a clean dry cloth, then restart. Always keep physical protection around real stairs or drops.
Why can’t the robot return to the charging dock?
Clear obstacles around the dock, make sure the dock has power, and clean the robot/dock locating and charging areas with a dry cloth. If the robot was moved manually or started far from the dock, place it closer and retry.
Why does the robot stop suddenly or get stuck?
Check for cables, thresholds, rugs, furniture gaps or other obstacles trapping the robot. Also inspect the drive wheels, main brush and side brush for hair or debris, and check the battery level before restarting.
Why is suction weaker than usual?
Empty the dustbin, clear the suction inlet and air path, and clean the filter according to the manual. Also remove hair from the main brush. Never reinstall a washable filter while it is still damp.
What if I changed my router, Wi-Fi name or password and the robot is offline?
Put the robot back into Wi-Fi pairing/reset mode and add it again in Smart Life using the new 2.4 GHz network credentials. Keep Bluetooth enabled during setup. If the old device entry remains offline, remove it only after confirming the robot has been added successfully.
How do I clean the charging contacts?
Power off or unplug the dock first. Wipe the metal charging contacts on the robot and dock with a clean dry cloth; for stubborn residue, use a lightly dampened non-abrasive pad and dry the contacts fully before reconnecting power.
What routine maintenance does a robot vacuum need?
Regularly empty the dustbin and clean the filter, main brush, side brush, wheels, cliff sensors and charging contacts. Homes with pets or long hair usually need brush and filter cleaning more often; replace worn consumables when cleaning performance declines.
How long can MR1 clean on one charge?

What cleaning modes does MR1 support?

How do I use the MR1 main button?

What does a red light with one beep mean on MR1?

Why doesn’t the MR1 remote control work?

When can MR1 install an OTA firmware update?

MR7 PRO has a 460 mL water tank with electronic water control. The app provides Low, Medium and High water levels.
Does MR7 PRO create a map of my home?
Yes. MR7 PRO uses LDS laser navigation to create maps and segment rooms, supporting whole-home, room, zone and spot cleaning from the saved map.
Can I split rooms or set no-go zones on MR7 PRO?
Yes. In the app you can split/merge mapped rooms and set virtual walls, no-mop zones and no-vacuum/no-mop zones. The supplied specification supports up to 10 restricted zones.
What is Quick Mapping on MR7 PRO?
Quick Mapping lets MR7 PRO map the home without running the main brush or vacuum fan. It focuses on navigation so a map can be created faster before regular cleaning.

Can I drive MR7 PRO manually from the app?

Should I fully charge a cordless vacuum before first use?
Yes. Fully charge the MV3 before first use. A full first charge helps ensure the battery is ready for normal operation; use the supplied adapter and charge indoors.
When should I empty the dust bin?
Empty the dust bin before it becomes heavily packed. A full bin restricts airflow and can reduce suction; for fine dust or pet hair, empty it more frequently and check the filter at the same time.
Can I wash a cordless-vacuum filter and use it immediately?
Only wash filters that the manual identifies as washable. Rinse with clean water, remove excess water and let the filter air-dry completely before refitting; the MV3 manual requires at least 24 hours of natural drying.
Can I vacuum water or wet spills with MV3?

What should I do when the MV3 shows the brush-blocked warning?
Turn the vacuum off and inspect the floor-brush roller. Remove hair, threads and foreign objects wrapped around the roller or lodged in the brush head, then make sure the roller can turn freely before restarting.
What does error code E2 mean on the MV3?
E2 indicates a short-circuit condition involving the main unit or floor brush. Stop using the vacuum and contact after-sales support for inspection rather than repeatedly restarting it.
