Step-by-Step Monthly Maintenance Checklist

Step 1: Check Dust Bag Status

• Monitor via App: Open the app and go to the Consumables & Parts menu to check the fill level and remaining lifespan of your dust bag and accessories.

• Replace When Full: Swap out the auto-empty base dust bag as soon as it reaches capacity to prevent clogs and maintain optimal suction.

Step 2: Clean the Main Roller Brush

• Remove the Brush: Turn the robot over and detach the main brush cover and roller.

• Clear Hair & Tangles: Pull out trapped hair, carpet fibers, and debris wrapped around the main body and side bearings of the brush.
  
  

Step 3: Clean the Wheels

• Inspect Axles: Remove any wrapped hair or lint from the front caster wheel and main driving wheel axles.

• Check Rotation: Manually spin all wheels to ensure they rotate smoothly without resistance.
  

Step 4: Clean the HEPA Filter

• Tap Off Dust: Remove the HEPA filter from the dustbin and gently tap it against a trash can to shake loose fine dust particles.

• Replace Regularly: Replace the HEPA filter every 3 to 6 months to maintain high filtration efficiency and clean exhaust air.

Step 5: Wipe Body & Sensors

• Clean Outer Shell: Use a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to wipe dust off the robot's exterior.

• Wipe Sensors & Contacts: Carefully wipe the anti-drop cliff sensors, wall sensors, laser dome, and metal charging contacts on both the robot and base station to ensure flawless docking and navigation.

Step 6: Stock Up on Spare Consumables

• Inventory Parts: Keep a spare stash of essential replacement parts at home, including extra dust bags, HEPA filters, side brushes, and mop pads.

• Restock Early: Reorder replacement kits before your current accessories reach the end of their lifespan so your cleaning routine is never interrupted.
